Glenn Grossman, Chief Executive Officer
Formerly a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Tullett & Riley, Glenn has spent has spent 30 years running the operations of Wall Street firms. After nearly two decades with Tullett and its successors, he joined Cantor Fitzgerald in 1991 as a Senior Managing Director and an Executive Vice President, heading international operations, which included all of Europe, South America, Africa and Asia. Sensing an opportunity for a new kind of investment bank, he formed Dinosaur Securities in 2001.
He graduated from Union College (magna cum laude) and from Columbia University (MBA).
Javier Perez-Santalla, Managing Director, Americas
Javier began his career in foreign exchange with Exco/Noonan Astley Pearce in 1982, subsequently joining Nippon Credit Bank where he rose to become chief currency trader. Javier first met Glenn at Cantor Fitzgerald in 1992 where he was Managing Director in charge of all foreign exchange. The pair worked together closely and were instrumental in making Cantor a global forex powerhouse. Before joining Dinosaur, Javier worked as a Managing Director at Refco, focusing on forex and specialising in Latin American markets.
Javier joined Dinosaur in 2003, leading the development of our institutional trading capabilities.
Elliot Grossman, Managing Director, Americas
Elliot is a founding member of the Dinosaur Group. He started our equity business and is also in charge of electronic trading systems and strategies, including global arbitrage and American depository receipts. Elliot has also helped develop our US private client group and our international equity trading business. He is a graduate of Kenyon College in Ohio and attended the London School of Economics.
Having grown up in the information age, Elliot’s keen insight into global electronic markets enables Dinosaur to remain at the cutting edge of trading technology.
Paul Becker, Managing Director
A veteran of the financial markets with more than 30 years of experience, Paul joined Dinosaur’s London operation in 2007 to direct cross-asset sales to institutions and provide experienced leadership in general business development.
Paul has worked for numerous investment banks, brokerage firms, government offices and exchanges. Throughout his career, Paul’s been at the forefront of innovation in electronic trading from the days of Big Bang in London in the late 1980s to the migration from pit to PC in the late 1990s.
Doyé Henri Yudowi, Managing Director
Doyé has held several senior positions with global financial organisations. Prior to joining Dinosaur, he spent a decade as Head of Banking and Payments at SWIFT, responsible for both the global strategic clients portfolio and the global transaction banking team.
He’s also held senior roles in business development, client advisory, consulting, sales and marketing at JP Morgan, JP Morgan Investment Management, Valuelink Financial Information Services and American Express. He has provided confidential client advisory and strategic advice on African payments and infrastructure development agencies, services and privatisation deals, including private equity acquisition of state assets.
Tenette Abanilla, Director and Chief Operating Officer Europe
Tenette is an operations professional with a broad range of experience and knowledge. She has been head of international operations for various broker dealers on Wall Street including Tullett Group and Vyapar Capital Market Partners.
She has worked in the US and UK and managed successful operations teams located in Europe, Asia and North America. Tenette graduated from the University of the Philippines and received her MBA from St. Peter’s University in New Jersey.
Peter Osemobor, Managing Director
Peter joined Dinosaur from UBS where he was a Senior Vice President in the wealth management team. His clients were based in Africa and he covered the region for other divisions including asset management, investment banking and capital markets. He served as an Adviser to the Corporate Council on Africa for several years.
Peter started his financial services career with Citigroup Capital Markets in New York, before joining Merrill Lynch International where he managed assets for private clients. He left Merrill Lynch as a Vice President and joined Prudential Securities as quantum portfolio manager.
Doriana Abeli, Director Cash Bond trading, Milan
Doriana is a respected market professional who joined Dinosaur Group in 2015 to direct European Government Bond trading. She heads up the cash bond trading desk at DMBL Milan, where she manages activities in BTPs, repos and deposits.
Prior to joining DMBL she held senior positions at financial institutions in the UK, Switzerland and Italy. She graduated in Economics from the Catholic University in Milan.
